The Resolutions: Eat Well

Eating healthy is on the top of our New Year's resolution list this year (and really, every year) and we've found it is always easier to tackle this one with a little advice from the pros. We asked Danielle Duboise and Whitney Tingle, co-founders of Sakara Life, to share their food and wellness tips. When it comes to health and wellness, what is your mantra?

What advice do you have for someone looking to make a change in the way they are eating?

Instead of focusing on cutting things out, think about filling your plate with an abundance of fresh, colorful plant foods. This will help crowd out the not-so-healthy stuff and ensure you're flooding your body with all the nutrition plant foods have to offer. And make sure to get your daily greens! With the Sakara nutrition program, you’re eating 4-6 cups of leafy greens per day because it's the key to optimal health.
