The Role

Veronica Beard is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our Digital Team. The role will report to our Senior Content Editor and will be responsible for managing and growing our social channels, as well as increasing engagement among our social community. This person will be tasked with evolving Veronica Beard’s social identity along with blogger and influencer outreach. The position will involve cross-functional collaboration with our creative, ecommerce, PR, retail, wholesale and design teams.

Plan, develop and manage social strategies and content across Veronica Beard’s existing and emerging platforms

Partner cross-functionally to create social programs that build excitement for Veronica Beard, increase brand awareness and grow our social community

Spearhead visual ideation alongside our Creative Director and Graphic Designer and help produce/execute social-specific shoots

Manage social calendar and post regularly across multiple platforms

Be the internal social media expert- identify trends and new social platform offerings, and benchmark competitor and industry leaders to ensure Veronica Beard is a social innovator

Lead social influencer programs including long term relationships, seasonal activations and gifting strategy

Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to create, execute and measure paid social media activations

Create monthly and program-specific social reporting and analyses


Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of social marketing experience

Preferably 3+ years of content marketing for a women’s fashion or lifestyle brand

Experience working on successful social campaigns on both small and large scales

Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to work quickly, efficiently and strategically with a wide range of internal departments

Self-starter with a deep understanding of existing and emerging social platforms

Experience with influencer/blogger outreach and product seeding

Ability to create, test and evaluate both owned and paid content on social platforms

Elevated creative eye and luxury fashion aesthetic (Photoshop and photography skills preferred)

Strong writing skills and ability to create high-quality of-the-moment social content

Quick learner with proficiency in a variety of social publishing, listening and reporting tools

A thorough digital understanding, especially as it pertains to social media, ecommerce and digital marketing
