The Role

Veronica Beard is looking for a Graphic Designer to work closely alongside the creative team in creating, collaborating and executing graphic requests for multi-department needs.


Work closely alongside creative teams in creating, visualizing and executing concepts for global initiates - including multi-department creative asks

Maintain brand standards and support new initiatives

Lead in support for both digital and print assets (invites, brand books, event needs, etc.) for wholesale (domestic/international) department requests. Approvals by Creative team and other department heads pending project scope

Lead in graphic support and collaboration for retail events and activations

Assist in Pre-Production (casting, confirmation, style out and call sheets), Production (on set direction, enforcing timeline, and consistency) in E-commerce shoots

Lead in Post-Production (working with PR, Sales, E-commerce teams for deliverables, selects, coordinating retouchers, communication of deliverables and adhering to timeline)

Collaborate on selects process from E-commerce shoots

Liaise with photo studios and photographers on format specifications and provide retouching comments

Support creative team on editorial, look book and content shoots

Manage and maintain image archive and distribution of all assets for Digital and Sales

Work closely with teams to ensure asset delivery

Assist in site refreshes and digital storytelling in support of Digital Designer


1+ years of digital design experience in a related field

Eye for design, clean + sophisticated aesthetic, and strong interest in fashion

Strong voice, highly motivated, self-managed, and able to think independently

Innovative thinker always seeking to grow and push brand direction forward

Adobe Suite proficiency

Well-rounded creative portfolio with design, digital, and branding projects

Previous experience at luxury lifestyle brand, fashion brand, or creative agency is preferred

Responds positively to feedback and adapts quickly to change

Thinks with both sides of the brain: creative vision and strong organizational skills

Takes initiative and understands no task is too small

Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with a team

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Informed about news and cultural conversations around fashion / music / entertainment / art + design / tech / sports / wellness / food
