Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.
Why are some items marked ‘Final Sale’?
During our sale clearance, products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
In order to make changes to an existing order, please contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing so that we may cancel it before it is dispatched by our warehouse. Once we confirm the cancellation of the order, you may proceed with placing an order with the correct information. As funds are only captured when the order has shipped, there is no risk of being charged twice. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. Veronica Beard is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax in any other states.

Do you take phone orders?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take phone orders, but please contact customer care for assistance with placing your online order 888-686-9558.
Are all Dickeys and Dickey Jackets compatible?
All of our dickeys and dickey jackets are compatible unless specifically noted. Dickeys are one size only and can fit all sizes of our jackets. Knit dickeys also come with dickey cuffs. Please note that Schoolboy and Scuba Hadley Jackets are not outfitted with loops for dickey cuffs.
My Veronica Beard Dickey or Dickey Jacket has different zippers, what do I do?
Dickeys that predate Spring 2012 have a different zipper than current styles. If you would like to update your old jacket or dickey, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a conversion kit with the necessary trims.
How much is shipping in the United States?
Veronica Beard is pleased to offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via FedEx. You may expedite your order via FedEx 2nd Day for $20, or Overnight service for $30,. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in NJ.
How many days does delivery usually take?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in NJ and may take 1-5 business days to arrive at your location. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events.
What is the cut off time for overnight delivery?
We ask that customers place their order by 12 noon EST (Monday through Friday) to guarantee 2nd Day and overnight delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon EST will ship the next business day.
How does international shipping work?
We are pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations. Cost of shipping and duties will be presented and collected during checkout. Our international shipping partner will use a local carrier in your destination country to deliver your goods.
Does VeronicaBeard.com deliver on Saturdays?
At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can further assist you.
I did not receive an item that I ordered, what happens now?
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You will not be charged for your purchase until the items have shipped. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
What is a ‘Pre-Order’ and when can I expect it to ship?
Items with ‘Pre-Order’ in their title are currently available for purchase, but not yet ready to ship. Please refer to the item description for exact shipping date estimations.
Does VeronicaBeard.com charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping within the state of New York. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.
Which forms of payment does VeronicaBeard.com accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
How can I check the status on my order?
How do I redeem a promotional code?
When placing your order, type in the code in the promotional code box on the checkout page and click submit. Check that your discount has been applied under the order summary on the and then click purchase now. Promotion codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Who do I contact about making changes to an existing order?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additions or changes to an order that has been shipped, but all open orders are eligible for changes or cancellation prior to their completion. An order is considered "complete" once a FedEx tracking number has been released to the customer.
What is your price adjustment policy?
Veronica Beard is unable to price match other retailers.
How do I receive Veronica Beard promotions or special offers?

What if I do not receive my promotion code for signing up for the newsletter?

Where can I find Veronica Beard in a store?
Veronica Beard is currently sold at many boutiques throughout the U.S, as well as some locations internationally. A complete list of stores carrying our product can be found here .
How do I check for availability in a particular style?
Please see the product page for available sizing. Our website reflects our most accurate and up to date availability for styles and sizes. If we do not have your size, you may enter your email on the product page and we will notify you via email if and when the item returns to stock.
You’re sold out of the style I want, can I locate it in a store?
Unfortunately we do not have access to the inventory of our retail partners, but we are happy to provide you with a stock list. If the store in your area does not have the product they may be able to special order it.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
A customer account is not required for placing an order. However, register with us and you will be able to track your orders, review past purchases, request a return directly from your account, add items you love to your wish list or save your address and payment details.
I’ve forgotten my password-What should I do?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD' prompt on the Sign In page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
