Return Instructions

If you had an account prior to purchase:
You may request a return authorization through My Account. Once logged into your account, please select your order and then select “return.” Once you have submitted your return request, print off your complimentary return shipping label and send back via FedEx.

If you did not make your purchase with an account:

Reason for the Return

Customer Service will respond with a complimentary return shipping label via email. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15. Once printed, please attach and mail back via FedEx. Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive back to our warehouse. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Any orders shipped back to the warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Policy

Returns are eligible for refund if a return authorization request is made within 21 days of your original purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment tags and poly bag. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15. Items purchased at a discount above 50% are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on veronicabeard.com.

Holiday Return Policy

We are pleased to offer an extended holiday return window for full price purchases made in December. Please contact our customer service team by January 10th, 2018 should any of your December orders need to be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you wish to try a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility. Ground shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.

Price Adjustment and Price Matching

Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase. Veronica Beard is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments once an order has been placed on VeronicaBeard.com.

Final Sale

All items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.

International Returns

At this time, we are not able to accommodate international returns.

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15, this applies to all purchases made on veronicabeard.com.

Late Returns

Returned items should be sent back to us within 21 days of shipment. Returns outside of that timeframe will not be eligible for return processing online and may be accepted at the discretion of Veronica Beard only.

Faulty Goods

All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify customerservice@veronicabeard.com immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
