Thoughtfully designed with feminine silhouettes and refined tailoring, the collection is intuitively built for real life – empowering her from day to night, work to weekend, and everywhere in between.

Veronica Beard is looking to expand the DTC team and bring on someone to focus on planning and buying for Jeans, Shoes and Non-VB Accessories.

Responsibilities

Weekly reporting and comparative analysis of global Veronica Beard sales performance by delivery and classification to understand nuances by channel and identify opportunities and /or risks for the business

Inventory management / OTB planning for 5+ stores and veronicabeard.com to ensure that merchandise is assorted and allocated properly to maximize sales and limit risk

Oversee product life cycle including product buys, initial allocations, replenishment, RTVs/Transfers, etc.

Seasonal hindsight reporting

Ongoing competitive analysis on pricing and product

Market prep and creation of assortment and sku count plans by classification that tie back to OTB plans. Partnering with DTC team during market to determine style rankings and depth investments by style

Non-VB Accessories management (i.e. vendor communication, assortments by door, turn analysis, markdowns and exit strategy)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

3-4 years of experience in buying, planning and/or merchandising

Advanced excel skills

Comprehensive understanding of retail math

Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills

Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task

Ability to take initiative and be accountable for work
