What's your morning ritual?
I do my oil pulling first thing in the morning, and then I do my tongue cleaning and scraping. It's an Ayurvedic detox ritual that I have been doing for a long time. Then, I have my warm water with lemon, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper.

Pilates

What's in your bag?
Tata Harper face spray, Aroma Therapy, Rescue remedy, YU-BÉ lip conditioner, blush, and my phone… plus a charger!

What's a typical day at work like?
I either work from home with my team or go to the office. We try to follow our schedule, but things always change—that’s the fun of it!

Favorite nighttime eats?
I try not to eat too heavy at night and sometimes I’ll fast until the next morning. But I do love having either fish or chicken broth to keep things light.

Nighttime beauty routine?
I do a mix of creams and oils in between Korres, Tata Harper, Skinceuticals, and Nature Bisse. It all depends on what I think my skin needs and I’ll switch.

Bedtime rituals?
My beauty routine takes about 20 minutes. I like layering creams. I shower and I put some almond oil or Tata Harper body oil on. I also love to drink tea or golden milk.

Secret weapons to getting it all done?
I take it one step a time so that I don't feel overwhelmed. I try to organize a calendar and prioritize!

And what gets you motivated to start it all over the next day?
Every day is a new adventure, and every day you have a new opportunity to reach your goals, and to live life each day differently!
