If you're in need of quick and easy cocktail recipes for a last-minute holiday house party, look no further. Wine guru Jordan Salcito, who founded Ramona wine spritz, shares her two favorites of the season. "Ramona's essentially a cocktail on its own," she says, "but if you'd like to pack an extra punch, it's delicious spiked with gin, vodka and bourbon."
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz Ramona Lemon
Shake together the gun, lemon juice and simple syrup. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Ramona Lemon. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
1 oz blanco tequila
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
2-3 oz Ramona Ruby Grapefruit
Combine 1 oz tequila and 1/4 oz fresh lime juice in a rock glass filled with ice. Top with Ramona Ruby Grapefruit. Garnish with a lime wheel.
