VMB'S FAVORITE GUACAMOLE

Juice of ¼ orange
Juice of ½ lime
2 Tablespoons roasted and charred diced Roma tomatoe
1 Seeded and diced roasted Serrano pepper
1 Tablespoon diced red onion
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Sea salt to taste (the more, the better!)
Squeeze juices into a bowl and add in coarsely chopped avocado. Fold in the rest of the ingredients. The result should be chopped, not mashed.

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
2 oz. Soda Water
Juice from a fresh lime
Fresh mint DIRECTIONS
Shake ingredients together with ice, strain and serve over ice. Garnish with more life and fresh mint!
